Sake

I have a crazy love for anything Japan for a very long time, so that being said I do enjoy Japanese food. Yesterday I was out with some friends at one of the local Japanese Restaurants in Perth CBD, and spotted these sake bottles for sale. What really surprised me was the option to keep the sake at the restaurant for up to a month after its been opened. While I havnt been to Japan (yet) I have heard that some restaurants there do the same thing.
